Flat Rate Shipping of $6.95 Australia-Wide with no minimum spend.*

All orders placed before 5pm will be eligible for “Same Day Processing”.Same day processing is NOT same day delivery, standard delivery times will still apply.

Local pickup  (order online and collect in-store)

Pick, click and pay for your goods online and then collect your order in-store at Carine Pet Central, 3/8 Davallia Road, Duncraig, WA, 6023. (During store trading hours). Orders will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be given for change of mind.

Shipping Options, Exclusions & Conditions

Flat Rate Shipping Conditions:

  • *Flat rate shipping excludes certain bulky items including, but not limited to Aquariums, Hutches, Carriers and Large Pet Beds and also excludes refrigerated or frozen products and livestock. Excluded products will usually be highlighted in the description section of each item that is excluded and will state it’s only available in-store or click-and-collect. A list of items excluded from shipping will also be found on our homepage, please check here if you are unsure.
  • Deliveries will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing, currently either Australia Post, Star Track or Pack and Send, and can only be extended to areas reachable through these carriers which may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location please contact us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at a reasonable cost.
  • Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete a delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.
  • Delivery services are not available on public holidays.
  • We DO NOT offer international shipping
  • Please Note:  If you choose to provide the carrier with ATL,we will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.

Conditions for collection of “Click and Collect”

‘Click & Collect’ orders for in-stock items received will usually be ready for collection 4 hours after the time they were ordered and only available during business hours, eg order placed at 1pm it will be able to be collected from 5pm, if you place an order beyond 2pm then your order may not be ready for collection until the next day. 

Click & Collect orders purchased via our website will only be released under the following conditions;

  • By presenting the actual receipt of purchase or having the phone with the text message receipt with the order number.
  • Photo ID may be required to collect orders paid for by other means, i.e. Paypal.
